In 2011 at the age of 21, I began my real estate journey by buying a 3-bedroom/2-bathroom home in Tampa, FL, for $143k. Initially, I lived in the house, renting rooms to friends while making improvements. Over time, this evolved into renting out the 2 brothers for the price of 1! 2 brothers are always better than 1, right?! This has been one of the most rewarding and humbling experiences of my life, and I couldn’t be more proud and excited to partner with my best friend. We literally quit My additions and subtractions for the 2024 New Year. Intentional discipline is the goal but balance before perfection is key to a sustainable lifestyle.
